The therapy process is a deeply guided exploration with the mind, body and spirit. OftenScreen Shot 2019-02-04 at 2.59.03 PM
times through outdated belief systems, insecurely attached relationships, and impressions left by pain from our past,  parts of self become disconnected. These fractures in being require a moment to pause, go inward and recenter.  As a therapy professional, I would be honored to join you on your path of discovering and transforming the unique aspects of your humanness that cause you to get stuck and limit your access to abundance.

I am Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I also hold a Certification in Alcohol and Drug Counseling (CADC I) through the Addiction Counselor Certification Board of Oregon. I graduated from Lewis & Clark’s Professional Mental Health and Addiction’s Masters program and have been working in a variety of different settings ranging from residential to private practice ever since.

In addition to my work as a therapist I am grateful to explore another passion for work as a dance instructor and choreographer. My training as a dancer has guided my intrigue in the connection of the mind and body, particularly how we experience, store and express emotions in the body. Through our work together we will explore this phenomenon and increase your insight of nonverbal experiences.

I utilize a strength-based and Client-Centered lens with a melting pot of Attachment theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Experiential therapy, Mindfulness Based-Stress Reduction, somatic learning and spiritual practices geared towards enhancing the client experience while creating an enriched growth potential. As a holistic counselor I am skilled in providing a profound and effective healing space for those affected by mental health issues, addiction, trauma, and eating disorders. Additionally I am proficient in working with health care professionals.
